1) What kind of parties can you celebrate?

We can celebrate bithdays, comunions, carnival, Christmas....etc

 

2) When do you celebrate parties?

From Monday to Sunday

 

3) Why can I choose Supercumple?

Because of we are the most experienced in the city of Vigo, and there is a good relationship between quality and price in our services

 

4) How do you take care of children?

There are people specialized in taking care of children. They are qualified workers

 

5) Can I visit Supercumple?

Yes, of course. Our timetable is from Monday to Friday from 5.00 to 8.00 pm 

 

6) How can I arrive to Supercumple?

It depends if you come by car or on foot.(you can see the map of the city in the contact section) If you take a bus (vitrasa) you can take the following lines: 12a, 12b, 28, C1, C6, C7, 11, 18, C4A, C4B,C4C, C5, C9A, ...(in Urzaiz Street)

 

7) Is it allowed to smoke?

It is forbidden to smoke inside the establishment

 

8) If I have decided the date of the party and the number of guests, how can I get the information about prices?

9) What do I need to celebrate the birhtday?

You can make a reservation by phone or directly in our installations

 

10) How can I make the reservation?

You can phone to (34) 986 220 431 or you can go to Supercumple that is placed in 28, Hernán Cortés street, in Vigo(next to the shopping center Corte Inglés in Gran Via street)

 

11) Should I make the reservation before the date of the party?

You should make the reservation as soon as posible as you can, because on this way you can choose better the date of the party

 

12) Can I make the reservation in the web page of Supercumple?

This service is not available

 

13) Is it necesary paying the party before of celebrating it?

Yes, you should pay 25% of the total price of the party, because on this way the reservation will be formalized, but at the end this percentage will be discounted of the total price

 

14) When can I get the invitations of the birthday?

You can get the birthday cards in our establishment, after doing the reservation

 

15) How can I pay the services?

All the services have to be paid in cash

 

16) Do you save my personal details of the reservation?

 

We only ask some details for do the reservation given by e-mail, phone or in our saloon. We respect your privacy. This data is only for do the reservation of the party. WE don't give your perosnal details for others. We respect the "Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos 15/1999" of Spain.
